AKA’s business partners may be asked to submit a completed Wolfsberg Questionnaire in order to fulfil their due diligence obligations under customer identification (KYC) procedures. AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH makes this information available for download on their website. We ask our business partners who require a Wolfsberg Questionnaire from us to make use of this option.

We do not track who has downloaded a Wolfsberg Questionnaire from AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH. We are therefore unable to inform individual institutions that have downloaded the certificate about changes to the facts or circumstances stated in the certificate. However, we do update the form on our website as soon as the facts or circumstances stated in the certificate change.

Please note that the signatories to the Wolfsberg Questionnaire act solely as representatives of AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH. By downloading the Questionnaire, you agree that the statements contained in this document do not give rise to any personal liability on the part of the signatories and that any personal liability or claims against the signatories, including but not limited to any liability or claims under Section 311(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB), are expressly excluded.
